1. Who these terms are with

This website, exlyaffiliate.online, is operated by Myscoot Tech Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Fortune Tower I, Plot No. 406, Udyog Vihar Phase III, Sector-20, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India — the company behind Exly. “We”, “us” and “Exly” below mean that company. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. What this site is

It is a marketing and information page for the Exly Partner Program (India). It is not the Exly product, it is not an application form, and it does not create an account for you. Applying to the programme happens on a separate Exly system, which has its own terms.

This site is a first-party Exly property, not an independent review or comparison site. See the affiliate disclosure for the full commercial relationship.

3. The commercial figures on this site

The commission rates, plan prices, payout frequency, and timelines shown here describe the programme as it operates at the effective date above. Specifically:

• They are subject to change. Programme terms can be revised, and plan prices can change. Where they do, this site is updated, but the version you saw on an earlier visit does not bind us.
• They are not a guarantee of earnings. The earnings calculator multiplies a commission rate by a number of referrals that you choose. It models an outcome; it does not predict one. No number of referrals, and no level of income, is promised to any partner.
• Recurring income depends on retention. The monthly component described on this site continues only while the creator you referred remains an Exly customer.
• Commission is calculated on the plan price, excluding GST, and is subject to any tax withholding that applies to you.

Testimonials and partner stories shown on this site describe those individuals’ results. They are not typical, not a forecast, and not a representation of what you will achieve.

4. Joining the programme

Acceptance into the partner programme is at our discretion. Applying does not entitle anyone to join. The route in is a call with the partnerships team; there is no self-serve signup on this site, and there is no joining fee.

The Exly Partner Program (India) is distinct from Exly’s global self-serve affiliate program. Terms, currency, commission structure and eligibility differ between the two, and the figures on this site apply only to the India programme.

5. How you may and may not promote Exly

Partners who are accepted agree, under their partnership agreement, to promote Exly honestly. Conduct that will end a partnership includes, without limitation:

• misrepresenting what Exly does, what it costs, or what results it produces;
• promising specific earnings or outcomes to people you refer;
• unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or any promotion that breaches applicable law or a platform’s own rules;
• bidding on Exly trademarks in paid search, or presenting yourself as Exly or as an Exly employee;
• self-referral, or artificially generated or fraudulent referrals.

Commission on referrals found to be fraudulent, artificial, or obtained through conduct of the kind above may be withheld or reversed.

6. Intellectual property

The Exly name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Myscoot Tech Private Limited. Accepted partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use the Exly name and supplied marketing materials for the purpose of promoting Exly under the programme, and for no other purpose. That permission ends when the partnership ends.

Third-party names, logos and publication marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify those organisations.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external sites, including exlyapp.com, the application system, and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

8. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. If a figure here looks inconsistent with what you were told on a call, the call and your agreement are authoritative — please tell us at affiliate@myscoot.in so we can correct the page.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or anticipated earnings, arising from use of this website or from reliance on the illustrative figures it contains. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy

How this site handles data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India — consistent with Exly’s platform terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated version.
